Yoga in English

With “ha”, meaning « sun », and “tha”, meaning « moon, » Hatha Yoga is commonly translated as the yoga that brings union « of the pairs of opposites. »
Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as “asanas” or postures) and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body – especially the main channel, the spine – so that energy can flow freely.
Working with our breath we develop a balance of strength and flexibility while learning to dose our effort and surrender in each pose.
Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation: over time, with a sincere intention, gentleness, self-responsibility and a well-informed practice, your physical, mental and emotional state will improve and you will feel happier.
All levels are welcome, all postures can be adapted to suit the needs of your own body condition and type.
The instructor, Nadia PIEROS, was graduated in December 2017.
